Future Maker Life Care Pvt. Ltd. was founded in the year 2015 and it somehow managed to have a turnover of more than Rs.1000 crores in just one year. It was only after some complaints were registered in Telangana state against this Hisar – based company that the CMD, Radhey Shyam and other directors were taken into police custody. But seems like, FMLC might see the light of the day very soon as it is being reported that many of the cases filed against the company have not been proved.
Radhey Shayam freed from Telangana; now Haryana awaits decision
Last year in October, the CMD of Future Maker was released from Telangana jail and after that all the filed cases in Haryana will be arriving at a final decision very soon. From that time only, Radhey Shayam had stayed in the custody of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Sirsa police team. Sirsa SIT team already believes that Future Maker is not a chitfunds scam company and is falsely being dragged into it.
Radhey Shayam was on a production warrant of the Haryana Police and after the completion of the duration of this warrant, he had to appear again in the Cyberabad Court. He was granted bail from the Telangana Court after his lawyers cited that his passport was already in Cyberabad police’s custody and so he should be released. Post getting a bail from the court, Radhey Shayam was taken to Sirsa where a bail plea was issued seeking release from all the impending cases registered in Sirsa, Fatehabad and Hisar.
PD Act removed from FMLC
- On 7th February, 2019 the Honorable Judges Advisory Board imposed the Preventive Detention Act on CMD Radhey Shayam.
- After this, Advocate Vishnuvardhan Reddy, the man handling FMLC’s case, filed the PD Act petition in the High Court on the 20th of February, 2019.
- Post this, on 22nd February, all the required documents and proofs were presented before the Honorable Judge who declared that all the charges framed under this Act were unwarranted. Instead, the Court has now sought an answer from the Cyberabad Police and the Government by issuing them a legal notice.
- And the most important news is that, the CMD of Future Maker Company might be released anytime in the last week of April.
Cyberabad Police, Government issued notices for their False Claims
Advocate Reddy has made a statement that the Court has issued notices to the Cyberabad Police and the Government seeking a reply from them within two weeks. It is being claimed that the police and government framed some illegal charges against Future Maker. But the Court saw the good deeds done by the CMD, Radhey Shayam and that he and his company were falsely being brought under the scanner.
